Plants and Flower Shop, located at 34 Premium St., Quezon City, Philippines. By

using our website or making a purchase.
2. Ordering Process
When you place an order with us, you agree
to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, address, and
payment details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our
discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, cases where the product is
out of stock, the payment is unsuccessful, or there are concerns regarding the
validity of your order.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in
Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change
without notice. However, once you place an order, the price confirmed at the
time of the order will be honored. Payments for products or services are made
through the available payment methods on our website. These may include credit
cards and other online payment platforms such as Gcash and Bank Transfer, depending
on the option available at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that all
payment information is correct.
4. Delivery and Shipping
We strive to process and ship orders
promptly, but please note that delivery times may vary depending on your
location and the availability of products. For same-day delivery, we allot at
least 4 to 5 hours of lead time to process your order. For advance orders, we
will ship your orders at the time requested by the customer. Shipping costs are
free in select areas within Metro Manila. You can check the delivery
information tab to view the areas listed with free shipping.
For local deliveries within Metro Manila,
we offer same-day or next-day delivery (subject to availability). For areas
outside Metro Manila, delivery times may take longer. We are not responsible
for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Product Availability
While we make every effort to ensure that the products listed on our website are in stock, we cannot guarantee that every item will be available at all times. In case a product is unavailable, we will notify you and present another option to wait for restocking. Due to the nature of our products, flowers and arrangements may vary in color or appearance based on seasonal availability.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers
and plants, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked
up, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective within 1 hour
after delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please get in
touch with us immediately to check the status of your order. We will work with
you to resolve the issue by offering either a replacement or a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 1 to 3
business days using the original payment method.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate
delivery information such as the contact number and address of the recipient.
If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or other errors made by
the customer, we will not be held liable for replacement or refund. It is your
responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the
specified delivery address.
8. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or
services. Our total liability to you, for any reason, shall not exceed the
total amount paid by you for the order in question.
